c. The warranty estimate has been update to include reclamation of the power line(see attached
DRMS TR-73 application).
d. Construction of the power line would place no additional burden on Teller County.
e. Following existing roads and cut lines the additional line creates no significant additional impact.
f. Under point 12 of S7,the warranty for reclamation will be increased to accommodate removal of
the line.
g. Addition of the power line fits within the scope of the MDP.
h. This activity but not the particulars are within the scope of the MDP.
Based on this evaluation, the warranty for reclamation will be increased to accommodate the proposed
addition of the power line from the existing power line to the crusher to the Squaw Valley ADR. Given
the minimal ground disturbance within an already permitted area CC&V feels a No-Impact Technical
Revision is appropriate. Please also see the attached DRMS Technical Revision application(TR 73)filed
with the State of Colorado.
Please accept this letter as CCV's application for a No-Impact Technical Revision of the MDP to
accommodate the installation of a 13.2 KV power line which will be located within the Amendment# 10
permit boundary. The entire footprint of the power line and tower site is on land owned by CC&V within
MLE-2 Amendment 10 and on largely previously disturbed land.
This No-Impact Technical Revision is necessary as delays in the construction of the permitted power line
were not anticipated in the MLE-2 application but the activity itself i.e.,power lines were part of the
MDP. CCV plans to begin this installation of this line in November of 2014.
No-Impact Technical Revision Application
a.
