9. The Elbert Volunteer Fire Department is the responding fire department. Each operator will <br /> provide hand held extinguishers on each truck. <br /> 10. There should be no impact on the environment. The gravel road leading to tanks from the <br /> blacktop are good and create very minimal dust. We will do some dirt work moving creating <br /> burms but no major grading since there is already an existing pad and grade made by the <br /> County Road and Bridge some years ago for truck storage. There should be no impact to <br /> wildlife. The area is all rock; there is not any vegetation to attract wildlife at the pad site. <br /> 11. Operational Plan —the plan is to place a tank to be filled as a temporary storage for effluent <br /> to be transferred when the tank is full. The operation of the tank is to be filled with Effluent <br /> drained from septic tanks. The driver will check the tank's integrity with every fill. <br />
