Revised page 2.05 -16 indicates that MCM will provide documentation from the State of their concurrence with permanent retention of these roads. According to this paragraph, the roads intended to be left in place are primarily located on lands owned by MCM or State land but not exclusively. Please revise this statement to indicate the prior to seeking bond release, documentation for road retention required by Rule 4.03.1(1)(f) and 4.03.2(1)(g) will be submitted to the Division and included in the permit through a revision. This will need to include concurrence from any landowner who own land which the intended roads are located. c. MCM Response: The referenced text section has been revised to address the revision requirements of Rule 4.03 and to be inclusive of any affected owners. . d. DRMS Response: This item is resolved. Rule 2.05.4 -- Reclamation Plan 2) On the currently approved Reclamation Plan Map; Map 29 it is difficult to determine which areas will be reclaimed to the following post mine land uses: Rangeland/Wildlife, Cropland and Pasture Land. On the revised map discussed on the previous item, clearly delineate which portions of the affected area will be reclaimed to the designated post mine land use. a. MCM Response to items 2 through 3: In order to provide all relevant information, MCM will retain the existing Reclamation Plan Map, and add the updated Reclamation Map as Map 29a. As appropriate, text references have been modified to reference both maps. Page 2.05 -31.2 has been revised to include the previously provided information, and the revised page is included with these responses. b. DRMS Response: i. Item #1 is resolved. ii. Item #2 was not addressed. This item remains outstanding and will need to be addressed prior to the approval of TR36 and RN6. iii. Item #3 is resolved.
