as presently existing. There is a well at 4955 which is owned by Kunau Well Drilling. There will
only be a loader and company haul trucks used. No outside commercial use is permitted.
There will be no permanent employees on site. Drivers will load and deliver the material.
There will be no additional lighting other than on the equipment. The only odors will be from
the engines which are typical of vehicles used in the area for agricultural uses. The activity
should be of a low level so there will be minor visual impact. No signage is required since the
only use is by the owner. Traffic impact study is not required because of low levels. Route is
shown in exhibit "A ". Operation is only during the day. No traffic of any high level to generate
enough dust for dust control. There is a driveway permit in place, #APO51288. The property is
not within FEMA 100 year flood plain. Site is described in exhibit "B ". The drainage report
letter is included listing a site description and complies with El Paso requirments.. All water will
be contained in the mined area and will not contribute to drainage of the area. All the area will
not be altered from its natural state of grassland. The application is filled out for the ESQCP.
The storm water management plan (SWMP) is to contain any water in the mined area
not to be released to the site. The gravel area is very porous so all rain water will be leached
into it and no surface water will be allowed to enter the mined area. The BMP will be to control
all surface water in the grassland area. The mined area is described in exhibit "C" and exhibit
"D ". A construction activity permit is applied for and will be renewed as scheduled. There is an
APEN permit for the mining operation. It is important to address that no processing of
materials will be performed at the location.
