The Division is required to hold a financial warranty in an amount that reflects the actual and <br /> current cost of fulfilling the requirements of the Reclamation Plan. The Division currently <br /> holds a financial warranty in the amount of$522,500.00. The financial warranty must reflect <br /> the maximum allowed disturbance at the site which is currently 167 acres. Please specify <br /> how many acres will be disturbed at any given time during the life of the mine. Does the <br /> Operator intend to bond for disturbance of the entire site(276 ac)? <br /> 24. The Operator has stated that mining and reclamation will occur simultaneously. In order to <br /> continue with a phased bonding approach, the Operator must break down the various <br /> reclamation tasks and specify how many acres at any given time will apply to each of the <br /> tasks, otherwise the Division will be required to bond for complete disturbance of the site. <br /> Please provide the Division with the following information: <br />
