All gravel excavations were completed in July of 2014 and no <br /> further mining will occur. <br /> Luke the Duke, LLC, owner/applicant is applying for a Reclamation Only permit to reclaim <br /> Excavation Area 1 = 42,597.96 Sq.Ft., Excavation Area 2 = 16,205.41 Sq.Ft., Stockpile with 60' <br /> Radius = 11,309.73 Sq.Ft., Stockpile with 40' Radius = 5,023.55 Sq.Ft., Topsoil Stockpile = <br /> 4,800.00 Sq.Ft. and Haul Road= 18,000.00 Sq.Ft., Total = 97,936.65 Sq.Ft. = 2.25 Acres. All as <br /> shown on"Exhibit E" Sheet 1 of 2, Revised Mining Plan Map, dated September 29, 2014. <br /> On site, the top 24" of soil was salvaged and stock piled for the use in the Reclamation process. <br /> Approximately 18" of overburden was removed and used for landscaping purposes within Avery <br /> Ranch, Horseman's Park, Cross Creek Ranch, the Highlands at Cross Creek Ranch and the <br /> Preserve and was not stored on site. The thickness of the gravel mined was approximately 11.5 <br /> feet. <br /> Access to the pit site is via an existing private road known as Equestrian Trail located on the <br /> northerly boundary of the parcel. Equestrian Trail was created and dedicated to Luke the Duke, <br /> LLC by the Horseman's Park plat recorded under Reception No. 935901 and the Amended Cross <br /> Creek Ranch Plat recorded under Reception No. 901629. All travel from the site was from the <br /> entrance west to Cross Creek Road. Access to County Road 120 was not used. There are no office, <br /> shop/maintenance buildings, plant, processing facilities, or any underground openings, such as <br /> adits or ventilation facilities existing on site. <br /> No water was used in conjunction with the operation and no ground water was evident during the <br /> excavations. <br /> No refuse and acid or toxic producing materials were encountered during the excavations. <br /> The hydrology of the site has not been altered from its natural flows. <br /> No chemicals were used during the excavations. <br /> Gravel was the primary commodity mined. There were no secondary commodities. <br /> The purpose of the gravel was to supply gravel for the maintenance of the subdivision roads within <br /> Avery Ranch, Horseman's Park, Cross Creek Ranch,the Highlands at Cross Creek Ranch and the <br /> Preserve. <br /> Explosives were not used during the excavations. <br />
