Exhibit E
Reclamation Plan
The top 6-12" of native topsoil will be stripped and stock piled before mining operations are to
begin. All stripped topsoil will be relocated to the outer 100' of Pit boundaries for storage.
Topsoil stockpiles will be shaped and seeded with seed mix in (E-2) in order to minimize and
prevent erosion.
All slopes will be established with a minimum 31-1:1 V final grade. Native topsoil will be applied
over all disturbed areas at a depth of 6-12". Once finish grade has been established, tilling of
chiseling will occur in order to loosen up the soil. Drill seeding will be used to apply the seed.
After seeding, straw will be mulched and spread over the seeded area with crimping to hold it in
place.
The current use of the property is agricultural grazing land. The seed mix proposed is a mix of
native grass and shrubs with additional seed to improve the grazing properties of the affected
land.
E-1
