6.3.4. Exhibit D—Reclamation Plan
6. (a)Small pockets are extracted and replaced with overburden, backfill rocks and topsoil within six months of
opening the holes and pockets to be extracted. The depth will not exceed 10 feet.
(b) No slopes steeper than 3%are on the area to be bonded.
(c) (i) Vegetation is sparse and the soils that are stockpiled will be replaced, and the vegetation will be transplanted
as needed.
(ii)through (vi)Since natural grass is sparse, this is not applicable.
(d)There will be no ponds, streams, roads or buildings after the reclamation process because there will be none as
there has been none and our hand tool operation does not and will not ever, call for them.
(e)There will be no treatment of dumps, tailings, etc. because they are never treated in any way. They are simply
replaced to their former placement as closely as possible.
(f)The estimated cost of reclaiming this site, should the owners become incapacitated although highly unlikely, are as
follows: One man+one shovel+one day of backfilling and 5 minutes to replant=about$300.00 maximum.
6.3.5 Exhibit E—Map
7. (a) Please see attached map, labeled exhibit 7. (a).to pay special attention to the boundaries that we have indicated.
(b)The owner of the land is the BLM.The buyers of the gems and mineral specimens(substance to be mined) are not
discovered until the date of sale and therefore can in no way be determined at this point. There are no permanent or
man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area.
(c) We do not have road access so no surface features are to be used in connection with the proposed operation.
(d)The direction of the extraction of the mineral will be indicated at the time of the unveiling of the pegmatite in the
form of prospecting to uncover the pegmatite or vein. Until the pegmatite or vein is located, there is no way to indicate
the direction of pegmatite to be extracted. We only know that the average pegmatite on our claim only runs about one
foot by five to 9 feet on average.
(e)There are no structures, man-made or natural, in the entire area.
(f)Open pits were in the area at the time of discovery and are currently being reclamated by Travis and Amanda
Anderson. There are four such pits that we have filled two of so far, with granite, topsoil, and each said 10x10 ft. pit will
have a pine tree planted on it, and checked twice a year for growth and development of the trees. We will fill the other
two pits that were pre-existing on our claim by October 2015 as well as replant them with flora to match the
surrounding areas of the claim to include pine trees.
Reclamation Plan Map
(a) See attached map, labeled exhibit 7.(a).
(b) See attached map, labeled exhibit 7.(a).
(c) There are no ponds, rendering this subpart non-applicable.
(d) Approximately three feet, depending on depth of pegmatite, but not to exceed 10 feet.
(e) The average topsoil to be replaced will not exceed surrounding areas and will therefore be approximately three
to five inches in depth.
6.3.6 Exhibit F—List of Other Permits and Licenses Required
8. Please see attached Notice of Intent that we obtained through the Pikes Peak Ranger District,601 S. Weber,Colorado
Springs,CO 80903
