EXHIBITS: <br /> The following are part of the reclamation package exhibits information. <br /> 6.3.2. Exhibit B—Site Description <br /> 2.The vegetation on the area to be bonded on the Rise Above claim is a mixture of large pine trees, small shrubs, and <br /> small amounts of native grasses all combined at a cumulative rate of about 40%, compared to the native granite that is <br /> also exposed to the surface, making up about 20%of the surface area.The rest of the surface area on the 9.9 acres to be <br /> bonded consists of deadfall wood at a rate of approximately 40%.The deadfall wood and the parts of the woods that are <br /> not exposed granite,sit upon a layer of topsoil ranging from four inches to approximately six inches deep before <br /> transitioning to the disintegrated granite and mixed hard rock granite below said four to six inches of topsoil. <br /> 3.There are no permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area,therefore rendering that part of <br /> the application non-applicable. <br /> 4.There are no water resources in the area of the proposed operation.There are no drainage ditches or streams <br /> whatsoever. <br /> 6.3.3 Exhibit C—Mining Plan <br /> 5. (a) Mining will commence in October of 2014 and will end no later than October 2018. <br /> (b)The topsoil will be set aside in a pile for each hole that is dug,to be used for that hole specifically,and at the exact <br /> rate of which it was removed, it will be replaced to its prior depth.The topsoil will be stockpiled separately from the <br /> granite backfill rocks. <br /> (c)Approximately 10x10 square ft.of rock will be put aside to be used as the backfill, aside and not to be mixed with <br /> the stockpiles of topsoil. <br /> (d)The thickness of the deposit to be mined is approximately two feet in width by 10 feet in length. <br /> (e)Components will only consist of pits that are active.There will be NO buildings, shop/maintenance buildings plant, <br /> processing facilities, and any underground openings such as adits or ventilation facilities. <br /> (f)Approximately 10 foot by 10 foot disturbances not to exceed four open pits at any given time within the bonded <br /> area, including stockpiles. <br /> (g)There will be no roads built to this claim.There is a road that leads to the claim that is preexisting. No associated <br /> drainage or runoff from this claim. <br /> (h) No water will be used in conjunction with this operation. <br /> (i) No ground water or surface water will be encountered or disturbed,whatsoever. <br /> 0)As our entire claim and area to be bonded do not involve water,this subpart is non-applicable. <br /> (k) No acidic or toxic chemicals, or chemicals of any kind are to EVER be used,or exposed during the mining process, <br /> this subpart is non-applicable to our operation. <br /> (1)There will be no disturbance to hydrologic balance. <br /> (m)The processing will be done off-site exclusively.There will be no processing or washing of specimens on the site. <br /> (n)Gemstones and mineral specimens. <br /> (o)The use of the products to be mined is for the sale of gems and mineral specimens for collecting purposes. <br />
