The text states that “topsoil stockpile F will contain 24,000 CY. It will be spread over the 22 <br />acres of the reclaimed unit train loadout to a depth of approximately 1.2 feet.” The volume of <br />topsoil required to cover 22 acres at a depth of 1.2 feet is 42,592 CY, but only 24,000 CY are in <br />the stockpile. This is a difference of 18,592 CY.
