September 22, 2014 C- 1981 - 044 /Williams Fork Mines JLE <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The Utah Tract was observed. As requested from the Division's previous inspection, MCM evaluated the <br />boundary markers around the former mining area. The southern and eastern boundary was marked with T- Posts. <br />MCM attempted to correct the mine identification signs which reads an incorrect permit no. C- 081 -044 by <br />applying a white paint covering over the first 0 in the number. The white paint has faded, MCM must correct the <br />sign to read the accurate permit number in accordance with Rule 4.02.2(2). <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The topsoil stockpile southwest of Pond 5 -P3 is stable with vegetative cover.
