Please repaginate the proposed pages for Culverts C -22, C -23, C -24, and K2 so that the design information for the aforementioned G, B and C culverts is not removed from the permit application package. 5. Revised pages Exh -8 -32i through Exh- 8- 32viii: The page between Exh -8 -32vi and Exh -8- 32viii is labeled Exh -8 -vii. Please revise the page number to read "Exh- 8- 32vii ". 6. While reviewing the updated design information for Culvert C -13, we were unable to locate design information for Culverts C4 and C5. It appears that the design information for these culverts may have been inadvertently removed from the permit application in a prior revision. Please indicate the location in the permit application package for the designs of Culverts C4 and C5, or resubmit the design information for reincorporation in the permit application package. 7. Revised page 8 -29 includes a listing, and revised Map 15 -2 includes a designation, for new ditch D -C25. There does not appear to be any design information provided for this new structure. Please provide design details for ditch D -C25, or identify the location of the design information in the currently approved permit application package. 8. TR -84 removed the culverts and ditches in the Pond J watershed from Volume Exhibit 8, placing them in Volume XI, Appendix B. The revised page Exh -8 -31 lists the "J" culverts back in Exhibit 8. Please remove the "J" culverts from page Exh -8 -31. 9. Revised maps include several undesigned culverts that appear to be part of the mine drainage and sediment control system. Unless they are existing culverts associated with a public roadway or another mine permit and will not convey diverted water or disturbed area runoff in conjunction with mine operations, BRL must submit design information for all culverts associated with mine related structures (Rules 2.05.3(3)(c)(i) and 4.03.3(4)). Design information or clarification that these structures are not mine related will be needed for the following: • 6" drain near Culvert B13 • 18" culvert near pond diversion structure along main haul road • 18" culvert on the south end of the office parking area • 36" culvert on the D Bench • Culvert under the conveyor between the two stockpiles on the D Bench • 12" culvert at the outlet of Culvert C12 0 CMP for mine water parallel to Culvert C8 • Culvert west of Culvert C8, east of Culvert B3 • ADS drain into Ditch C12
