Compliance With Mine Plan <br />NA - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />NA -Other <br />NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br />R - Processing Waste <br />Y -Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a complete coal inspection conducted by Jason Musick of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety. Brian Watterson of Twentymile Coal and Clyton Wein of thre Division accompanied the inspection. <br />The weather was cloudy and raining and the ground was wet at the time of the inspection. There were no coal <br />trains loading at the time of the inspection. Technical Revision No. 83 and Minor Revision No. 282 are currently <br />being reviewed by the Division. No other revisions are under review by the Division. The longwall miner is <br />preparing for a move from the 15 Left panel to the 14 Left panel. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records were located at the TC office and up to date. See attached DRMS Availability of Records. <br />EXPLOSIVES — Rule 4.08 <br />Distance Prohibitions 4.08.4; Warnings 4.08.4; Control of Adverse Effects 4.08.4: <br />The explosives storage area was stable with three explosives bunkers and a lay -down area identified within the <br />area. All surface area run -off reports to Pond T. No problems were noted with the exception of the following: <br />- All non -coal waste within the area will need to be removed and disposed of in a permitted and approved manner. <br />Non -coal waste consisted of a heavy amount of wood and debris in and around the explosive bunker ditch and a <br />large CMP culvert in the drainage above Pond T. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Ponds T, B, C, D, E, F, G, 6NM, 18LT, 6NM sediment pond, the Fish Creek borehole ponds, the Fish Creek <br />Tipple pond and the Area 1 Pit were observed during the inspection.
