Compliance With Mine Plan - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />NANA <br /> - Other - Special Categories Of Mining <br />NAY <br /> - Processing Waste - Topsoil <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />This was a complete coal inspection conducted by Jason Musick of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety. Scott Cowman of Peabody Energy and Clayton Wein of the Division accompanied the <br />inspection. The weather was clear and the site was wet due to recent precipitation events during the inspection. <br />No mining activities are occuring as the site remains idle. Permit Revision No. 1 and Bond Release No. 3 are <br />currently under review by the Division. <br /> <br />Portal Area <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records were on file at the Peabody Sage Creek Mine offices. See attached Availability of Records. <br /> <br />EXPLOSIVES Rule 4.08 <br />Distance Prohibitions 4.08.4; Warnings 4.08.4; Control of Adverse Effects 4.08.4: <br />The explosives storage area was observed. Currently, no explosive materials are being stored on site and the ATF <br />Storage permit has expired. The area was stable and enclosed with chain-linked fencing.
