Legal Description: <br />a. This tract of land is located on Prowers County Road LL described legally as the SW X of Section <br />18 Township 22 South Range 47 West of the 6r principal Meridian. <br />a. Latitude (N) degrees 38 min 07' sec 54.43 <br />b. Longitude (W) degrees 102 min 44' sec 6.32 <br />b. The South Main Entrance to the Friederichs Pit 112 is located on County Road LL at: <br />a. Latitude (N) degrees 38 min 07' sec 45.25 <br />b. Longitude (W) degrees 102 min 43' sec 58.64 <br />6.3.2 EXHIBIT B- Site Description <br />1. Site Description: <br />a. The site consists of Minnequa Loam and Numa Clay Loam at approximately 1- 3 percent slopes. <br />The existing vegetation on the proposed site is minimal and includes salt grass, cactus, and <br />prairie grass. it is indicative of the Plains landscape at elevations between 3000 and 6000 feet. <br />The mean annual precipitation is approximately 11 -14 inches. An existing 110 Mining <br />Operation consisting of 9.9 acres is located with -In the proposed 112 Mining Operation. The <br />areas currently disturbed by the 110 Mining Operation shall be incorporated into the proposed <br />112 Mining Operation. <br />c. There is a man -made structure (wire fence) on the east property line with -in two hundred feet of <br />the affected mining area as identified on the Exhibit E map. <br />C. Not Aoolicable. There are no streams, springs, lakes, stock water ponds, ditches, reservoirs or <br />aquifers that would receive drainage directly from the affected mining area. <br />d. Please see the attached statement: A statement prepared by the Colorado Department of <br />Wildlife verifying no critical or important wildlife habitats or wildlife species will be impacted by <br />the proposed operation is attached. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C- Mining Plan <br />1.
