�74 , M, e r <br />abandonment area on approved SLF finished grade. All work performed was observed by AMEC <br />QA personnel and was completed in accordance with project technical specifications. <br />A total of 17 fusion destructive samples were marked and tested, they include DF -126 through <br />DF -142. All destruct samples tested passed per project technical specifications. <br />C) Overliner: <br />PSSA <br />Cat 740 trucks hauled low volume solution collection fill (LVSCF) to the PSSA. Haul roads for the <br />trucks were maintained at least 4 feet above secondary geomembrane. <br />Ames continued placing LVSCF on approved secondary liner in minimum 3 -foot lifts with Cat <br />GPS D6 and D8 wide pad dozers between panels S -105 to S -112; S -120 to S -130; <br />S -205 to S -206; 5 -218 to S -219; S -244 to S -245; S -276 to S -293. <br />Low volume material was also feathered out at the crest of the secondary liner at the 9,450 <br />elevation with a Cat 312 mini excavator and laborers across panels S -106, S -117 to S -124, and <br />S -131 to S -143. <br />See the attached LVSCF map for all placement locations. <br />II) Storm Water Management <br />Best Management Practices (BMPs) are being performed. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />1) Field Activities: Field activities and observation during this reporting period included: Slope grading <br />and fill placement; underground working remediation and confirmatory drilling; nuclear moisture and <br />density testing; depth verification testing; geomembrane deployment, testing and repair monitoring <br />and certification; subgrade and SLF inspection and certification; and LVSCF acceptance for primary <br />liner deployment.
