PAGE 2 <br />SEPTEMBER 5J' , 2014 <br />a plan to continue recording the ground water levels in monitor- <br />ing wells, 1,2,3,4,7 and 8 on a monthly basis for the next 6 <br />months and then using that date to evaluate whether further <br />actions are needed. These are the wells that lie between the <br />Stagecoach Slurry wall and the Zigan Lake. This monitoring will <br />be done by an employee of Albert Frei & Sons, Inc., and the <br />information will be provided to the Division. <br />There is no reason to increase the bond since the materials <br />needed have been purchased by Frei and they will be supplying the <br />labor and equipment. The work will be completed within 14 days <br />so there is no risk to the Division that it will not be done.
