• Two SOO Gallon Diesel Tanks shown on Map King I -007 are the property of <br />the fuel distributor and will be removed at no charge when no longer needed. <br />• • One 37,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank is a horizontal cylindrical tank, <br />dimensions 13'6" diameter, 35' long. The tank rests on a concrete pad, <br />dimensions 15' wide, 40' long, 6" thick. <br />• One Bulk Rock Dust Silo is a vertical cylindrical tank, dimensions 12' <br />diameter, 40 tall. The silo is mounted to a concrete pad, 20' long, 20' wide, 2' <br />thick. <br />• The Warehouse Building is a double -wide industrial office /utility trailer. <br />Local mobile home movers charge $2.00 /mile to haul and $500 -750 hook -up <br />fee depending on tire availability and skirting removal. <br />• The Bathhouse is a steel sided building measuring 40'x 60'x 18'. <br />• The Scale -house is a cinder block facility measuring 40'x 42'x 10'. <br />• HR Office Trailer is a temporary leased office trailer measuring 12'x 44'x 8'. <br />SURFACE FACILITIES REMAINING <br />All useable buildings which lie on Lawrence Huntington's property, including <br />the shop and upper pump house, along with the access road will be left intact at the <br />request of Mr. Huntington. Mr. Huntington has made such a request by letter to the <br />Colorado M.L.R.D. and National King Coal, LLC (See Appendix 12(1)). The steep cut <br />slope area behind the shop building will remain as is to allow continued use of the <br />shop by the surface landowner. This highwall was constructed during the summer <br />of 1976. Don May, P.E., has certified the stability of this area (See Appendix 10(3)). <br />The remainder of the surface buildings including the sales office, substation, <br />old scale and storage building adjacent to Burnwell #2 Tipple, etc., will be left intact <br />and will be used to accommodate the stated post mining land use. <br />Salvageable items (conveyors, motors, mining supplies and equipment) will be <br />sold and removed from the property or scrapped and be placed at the foot of the <br />highwalls to be buried. Any non - woody, non -toxic material not sold and removed <br />will be pushed against the highwalls and covered by at least 4 feet of fill and plant <br />growth medium as detailed elsewhere in this section. All necessary county and state <br />approvals will be obtained prior to burying any demolition debris on the site. Woody <br />material will be moved to the burn pit near the lower pump house and burned. The <br />access road to the site will not be reclaimed but retained by the owners of the site for <br />transporting livestock to and from the area. The surface land owner has so <br />requested by letter noted above. <br />Upon conclusion of mining, the water wells will be transferred to the <br />landowners. The water well shown on Map King I -007, located in the meadow of Hay <br />Gulch off the permit area is the property of Mr. Wiltze who leases its use to National <br />National King Coal, LLC King I Mine <br />Section 2.05.4 <br />Page 2 March, 2010 <br />
