The foundations, steel, and other non -woody material that <br />cannot be sold for salvage will be pushed against the high -wall and <br />covered by at least four (4) feet of non -toxic non - combustible fill and <br />topsoil. Woody material will be removed from the mine site or burned. <br />All necessary county and state approvals will be obtained prior to <br />burying any demolition debris on the site. <br />The following surface facilities and structures will be disassembled, <br />removed, or otherwise reclaimed as described below.
