Skies were clear, and the <br />temperature reached the low 80s. Wade Wymore and Mike McFarland participated in the <br />inspections of the King I and King 11 surface facilities. <br />GCC Energy, LLC has made recent adjustments in personnel at the mine. Mr. Wymore has been <br />reassigned from Surface Supervisor to Plant Superintendent; Mr. McFarland will likely be <br />accompanying Division personnel on future inspections of the King Coal Mine. <br />PERMITTING UPDATE: <br />TR -22 - Exploration Drill Holes (9) — The Division issued a proposed decision to approve on <br />July 3rd. No objections were received, and the revision was forinally issued on July 16, 2014. <br />TR -23 — Increase in Production — The application was submitted electronically; the Division will <br />call it complete once the hard copy is received in the Denver office. <br />MR -39 — King I Map Updates; King 11 Emissions Permit — The Division anticipates submittal of <br />this application in the near future. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />• The mine identification sign was posted at the entrance to the King II facilities. The <br />supporting posts had been recently damaged by a coal truck leaving the site, but the sign was <br />present and the required information was displayed. <br />Markers delineating the surface disturbance were posted as required around the King I and <br />King 11 facility areas. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3) / 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4) / 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) / 4.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7) / 4.03.2(7): <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 Page 2 of 11 <br />
