August 13, 2014 C- 1980 - 005 /Seneca II Mine JDM <br />control mesh was exposed at the head of the drainage with good vegetative growth through the mesh as designed. <br />F <br />SIIPM -8 Upper Portion <br />SIIPM -8 <br />SIIPM -8 <br />SIIPM -8 <br />The SIIPM -13A permanent drainage along the southern portion of the disturbance area was stable with no <br />problems noted during the inspection. Drainage material was in place and no down cutting was observed. <br />The SIIPM-13 drainage established along the east side of the permanent South Road was stable with no problems <br />noted. Locations of minor repair work were observed with no issues identified. <br />Pond 008 was stable and discharging through the 12" baski flume at the time of the inspection. Embankments are <br />stable and vegetated. The water in the pond and through the discharge was clear. Cattle were observed in and <br />around the pond at the time of the inspection. Vegetation on the crest of the embankment was matted and minimal <br />due to the grazing activities at the site. The historical slump located on the south side of the pond along the hill <br />slope was stable with no additional movement identified and vegetation growth observed in the slump.
