We will resume discussions on
the reclamation bond prior to the constriction of the road re- route. As we have previously
stated, the road re -route is currently not part of the existing bond: Before construction could
begin on the road re- route, additional bonding with the State of Colorado would be required.
The vegetation section indicates Elbraiin Stone agrees to use only native grasses and shrubs
during reclamation. Additionally, Elbram asked for a specific seed mix and "requests that the FS
sign the Plan of Operations and Elbram will promptly modify its state reclamation permit as soon
as the FS provides the information about the proper vegetation".
Here is the approved seed mix for the White Banks Mine.
Approved Seed Mix for White Banks Mine
Mountain Brome - Native
Sheep Fescue —Native
Slender Wheatgrass —Native
Western Wheatgrass — Native
Mountain Mahogany - Native
Gambel's Oak -- Native
Serviceberry — Native
Snowberry - Native
Caring for the Land and Serving People Pdnted on Recyded Paper W
