Equipment used to load and haul the spent ore will be decontaminated prior to use for other
operations off lined area. Decontamination will be conducted on the AGVLF using the water
cannon on one of the water trucks to spray out the beds and buckets of contaminated equipment.
CC&V is working with Teller County to insure the new development meets the terms of that
agreement, to make a minor modification to the Cresson Project Mine Development Plan
("MDP") and apply for appropriate building permits for the tower complex.
CC&V is planning to construct the power line in June/July of 2014, following approval of this
TR by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ("DRMS") and appropriate
approvals from Teller County.
Potential change to Warranty Estimate related to spent ore movement
The movement of the ore does not change the management of ore in either the AVLF or the
SVLF and it does not alter the footprint of either facility therefore CC&V have concluded there
is no change needed to the warranty estimate associated with TR-72.
Please contact me at (719)-689-4055 should you have questions or wish to discuss this request
for a technical revision.
Sincerely,
l
Timm Comer
Manager, Environmental Resources
xc: Lynda Morgan, Teller County Planning
Byron Hakes, Mayor, City of Victor
Attachments: Referenced Drawings
