M-2008-078—GP Aggregates,LLC—West Farm Pit—Technical Revision Request No.3 <br /> August 15,2014 <br /> -2- <br /> is the documentation required to provide the Division assurance that the constructed slurry <br /> wall(s) will meet the State Engineer's performance standard for lined gravel pit leakage <br /> rates, as detailed in the "State Engineer Guidelines for Lining Criteria for Gravel Pits", <br /> including: <br /> a. The geotechnical investigation and report for the site; <br /> b. The seepage and rapid drawdown/slope stability analysis for the slurry wall(s); <br /> c. Slurry wall and reservoir construction drawings; <br /> d. Technical specifications for the construction of the slurry wall. These specifications <br /> will be used for all sections of slurry wall. The specifications include the requirements <br /> for the materials, equipment, and construction methodology to be used in the <br /> construction of the slurry wall, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance testing and <br /> reporting required to ensure the quality/performance of the wall and document the <br /> construction process. <br /> e. GP commits to providing to the Division as-built drawings of the slurry wall(s) and <br /> final construction reports for each section of slurry wall at the completion of the <br /> construction and leak testing of each section of wall. <br /> The inclusion of this information enables GP to be eligible for the regulated construction <br /> financial warranty option (20% bonding option). <br /> 2.
