The other two <br />areas are the rest room/wash facilities and a store room with the <br />potable water pressure tank and a hot water heater. <br />(7) Freeze Protection Storage Tank <br />A 10,000 gallon capacity surface storage tank with proper hook-up <br />devices, manhole, and all necessary fittings is installed near the <br />loadout building. The foundation for the tank is a reinforced <br />concrete, spread footing construction. All the interconnecting piping <br />is 3/4-inch and 1-1/2-inch diameter standard Schedule 40 pipe. <br />(8) Water Wells <br />Two water wells, an 8-inch diameter and a 6-inch diameter, serve the <br />loadout facility. They are provided with pumps as required for <br />supplying water for the dust suppression /w ashdown system and the <br />potable water system, respectively. <br />A technical revision to rail car dust suppression system is included <br />in the technical revision section. <br />Roads <br />The haul road is located primarily along an existing right-of-way in <br />Pitkin and Garfield Counties. This road is designed and constructed <br />to meet the requirements of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Roadd <br />Proposed Rules and Regulations, Section 4.03.1. <br />Road cuts and embankments, where required, have a maximum slope of <br />lv:2h. All vegetation and topsoil was removed from the base area of <br />the roadway and embankment sections before the road base was placed. <br />.
