Table 24 describes the topsoil balance at the RDA, indexed by year, assuming specific coal <br />production rates. The ratio of coal /waste assumed in the table is constant at 1.45, (until the final <br />row, 2021, when it jumps to 2.31 as a result of the capacity of the pile being reached). <br />
