No refuse and acid or toxic producing materials have been encountered during previous <br /> excavations. <br /> The hydrology of the site has not been altered from its natural flows. <br /> A rock crusher will be brought to the site during the final phase of the gravel pit excavation. No <br /> chemicals will be used.The rock crusher site will be located north of the Gravel and Topsoil stock <br /> pile areas. <br /> Gravel is the primary commodity to be mined. There is no secondary commodity. <br /> The purpose of the gravel pit is to supply gravel for the maintenance of the subdivision roads <br /> within Avery Ranch, Horseman's Park, Cross Creek Ranch,the Highlands at Cross Creek Ranch <br /> and the Preserve. <br /> Explosives were not used nor are they being proposed. <br />
