Anything to the contrary notwithstanding,Lessee may not, without first receiving <br /> Lessor's permission, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld, use <br /> water from Lessor's other water rights on the Premises; <br /> e. Lessor agrees to take all reasonable and prudent actions as may be necessary from <br /> time to time to protect the said water rights against third party claims.
