After re- grading, it is imperative to establish vegetation with the approved seed <br />mix as quickly as possible to maintain the design. Until vegetation has successfully established, <br />additional BMP's should be installed to minimize any erosion from sheet flow. <br />• Debris needs to be cleaned out at culverts near the facilities staging area. <br />1 • All drainage ditches need to be constructed according to the approved design; and any as -built <br />certifications associated with the design or redesign must be incorporated into the permit with <br />the appropriate revision as required by the Division. <br />• Topsoil stockpiles need to be planted with warm season annual grains as committed to in the <br />approved permit. <br />• Rubber liner material should be removed or incorporated into the permit with the appropriate <br />revision as required by the Division. <br />• Disturbance boundary markers should be made more visible. <br />Ndn- Compliance: <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety are preparing a Notice of Violation (No.CV -2014- <br />00?) to New Horizon North Mine for the non - compliance issue relating to the NHN -1 (East and West) <br />diversion ditches. <br />i <br />
