(3) The affected land will be monumented for easy delineation. <br /> (d) Where applicable, the operator/applicant has plans developed for the segregation, <br /> preservation, replacement, compaction and grading of soil used for revegetation. The <br /> revegetation plan will contain a list of the preferred species of grasses to be planted as <br /> recommended by the field office of the NRCS. All seeds recommended should be <br /> available and in sufficient quantity to accomplish the revegetation. <br /> Seedbed preparation has been covered in Section 3.1 of this application. <br /> (e) The schedule of reclamation will closely follow the mining phasing, and the operator <br /> would expect to start reclamation as soon as feasible after mining has been completed <br /> in each phase. <br /> The final grading also will be done in conjunction (concurrently) with mining. All <br /> backsloping, daylighting and contouring will be done as mining progresses. <br /> As stated before, this land will be used for grazing cattle as a final land use, and all of the <br /> NRCS recommendations will be done. <br /> Topsoil will be replaced at between 6 and 8 inches on all disturbed areas. <br /> The Seed Mixture recommendation from the NRCS Walsenburg Office can be found in <br /> Exhibit "I". <br /> As stated before, this land will be used for grazing cattle as a final land use <br /> Topsoil will be replaced at between 6 and 8 inches on all disturbed areas. <br />
