3.1.11 Buildings and Structures <br /> This site is privately owned, and does not fall under the State Historic Preservation Office <br /> Requirements for a cultural or history study, however, there is no cause to believe there are <br /> any areas of interest to be mined. If the operator uncovers any site, the State Historic <br /> Preservation Office will be notified. There are no structures within the permit boundary, <br /> however the haul road crosses an irrigation ditch and gas pipeline. No permanent structures <br /> planned for this site. <br /> 3.1.12 Signs & Markers <br /> (1) The operator will post a sign, which will be clearly visible from the access road with the <br /> following information addressed: <br /> (a) The name of the operator; <br /> (b) a statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been issued by the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board; and <br /> (c) the permit number. <br /> (2) The boundaries of the affected area will be marked with monuments that are clearly visible: <br /> (a) This is a 112 operation, therefore, the permit boundary and the affected boundary <br /> may not the same, and the operator/applicant is proposing to disturb only the area <br /> shown on the Mining Plan Map Exhibit "C". The operator/applicant is proposing a <br /> phased operation for mining to allow three phases. <br />
