Field parameters and water samples were collected there (Photo <br />6). <br />The Down - Gradient Monitoring Well is accessed by traveling CR 120 a distance of 0.28 miles <br />southwest of the King II entrance, then proceeding due east along the northern side of the fence for <br />approximately 500 feet (Photo 7). The 2" PVC pipe is protected by a locked 6" x 6" steel tower <br />(Photo 8). <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />• The operator had conducted recent weed spraying activities at the King II facilities. Treated areas <br />were made evident by the presence of a residual blue -green dye. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION — Rule 4.17: <br />• The roads at the King II facilities were dry, and the truck traffic was generating more fugitive dust <br />that what has typically been observed. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />During the June 4, 2014 Complete Inspection, the Division was unable to inspect the permit records <br />due to Tom Bird's office being locked. Mr. Bird was out of the office for this inspection, but access <br />to his office was granted, and will be on any future inspections.
