The Division's adequacy review letter is dated June 6,
2014. Please see the responses for items 9a and 9b as presented in the Division's letter.
9a. The Division requested other data to indicate trends of decreasing sediment loading into the ponds. The following
graphed data from 2004 to 2013 annual sediment surveys for Ponds 005, 006, 009 and 016 show that sediment loading has
stabilized. In 2008 and onwards, improved pond capacity measurements methods were used. A review of the 2008 to
2013 period shows relatively small reductions in capacity for these ponds and essentially no change in the last several
years, indicating little additional sediment contributed by reclaimed watersheds.
10
3
Y
W
4
a
2
D
8
7
6
 5
4
3
2
1
0
POND 006 CAPACITY (2004 -2013 ANNUAL REPORTS)
2004 2005 2006 2DD7 20D8 2009 2010 7(11.11 3672 2013
YEAR
POND 009 CAPACITY (2004 -2013 ANNUAL REPORTS)
20D4 2065 7006 2607 2OD3 2009 2010 2011 2012 2413
YEAR
POND CAPACITY
TREND LINE
- 1 POND CAPACITY
- TREND LINE
