Mine No. 2 BFB <br />Three fence wires were broken north of the main gate. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The vegetation on the mine site area looks. The vegetation cover is about 50% (visual estimation) and many <br />species have flower buds ready to bloom. Several grass species were noted but were not identified because the <br />inflorescences have not sprouted. <br />Some species noted: Mertensia sp. (bluebells), sagebrush, mule -ears, sheppard's purse, Indian paintbrush, yarrow, <br />larkspur, rockcress, snowberry, rabbitbrush, dandelion and chokecherry. <br />The invasive weed whitetop was noted on the topsoil stockpile next to the topsoil stockpile sign (photo 3). <br />Castleton Ranch was notified and Lowell Inman said he would spray the whitetop. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2, Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.063; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The topsoil stockpile is well vegetated with grass.
