CMC—Henderson Operations
DRMS 2013 Annual Water Monitoring Report
June 2014
Henderson will report appropriately for MLGW-15, MLGW-17, and MLGW-ACR in the 2014
' Annual Water Monitoring Report.
It should be noted that the Groundwater Monitoring Point of Compliance (POC), Update
Memorandum(AJAX and Clear Creek Associates, 2014) can be found as Attachment A to the 5-
Quarters Water Quality Data and Baseline Parameters Report (Aquionix, 2014).
5.0 Conclusion
This report concerning the summary of annual water monitoring data collected for each POC
' well and non-POC long-term surface water monitoring location meets the conditions of the
Henderson GWMP reporting requirements. In accordance with the GWMP, Henderson has
provided a summary of the 2012-2013 annual water monitoring data, a comparison to NPLs
' (where applicable), evaluation of water quality trends, and outlier identification for each permit-
required parameter for POC and non-POC surface water locations. Additionally, a Technical
Memorandum and 5-Quarters Water Quality and Baseline Monitoring Report have been provided
separately to the DRMS to indicate the progress of the ground water investigation at the
Henderson Mill.
t
1
' 6 of 7
