Dear Mr. Cazier:
CC&V provides the following additional information regarding the above referenced questions
raised in your emails, to Timm Comer, on May 22 & 28, 2014.
May 22 correspondence:
1) The SGVLF weekly report for the week ending 4/26/2014 listed DCF sample numbers 71 —
74, the week ending 5/3/14 listed sample#76. What happened to DCF sample #75?
Sample DCF-75 was completed on May 1 and should have been on the week ending 5/3 report and has
now been added (attached), DCF-76 was reported on May 10 weekly.
2) The SGVLF weekly report for the week ending 4/12/2014 listed structural fill (SF) sample
numbers 68R & 69R. No SF samples were reported for weeks ending 4/19 & 4/26. The
week ending 5/3/14 listed sample #80R. What happened to SF sample #s 70—79?
To confirm for DRMS,Structural Fill samples SF-70-R through SF-79-R were completed during the week
ending 4/12 and have now been added to the weekly report(attached)
