Proposed 2014 Operations: <br /> Operations will be in conjunction with operations on Glacier Peak Mining claims and <br /> Crystaljack mining claims commencing early June and extending through July. A John <br /> Deere 992 and/or 690 track hoe will be predominantly used. <br /> Sites L and M on Blue Streak No. 1 should be completed, filled,recontoured, and <br /> reseeded. <br /> Site J may be opened approximately 0.03 ac and will remain open for future operations. <br /> Site visits, including mineral extraction,reclamation,and claim maintenance will be <br /> continued throughout the season. <br /> Anticipated 2014 Disturbances: <br /> An additional 0.05 acre will be opened at Site L and approximately 0.2 acre will be opened <br /> at Site M on Blue Streak No. 1. Site J may be opened to about 0.03 acre for a total of 0.28 <br /> ac new disturbances for 2014. <br /> Proposed 2014 Reclamation: <br /> Reclamation will be limited to Blue Streak No. 1 claim. Site N,approximately 0.12 acre of <br /> previous disturbance,will be reclaimed. Both Sites L and M will be reclaimed for <br /> approximately 0.9 acre total of reclamation. All sites will be recountoured and reseeded. <br /> Sufficiency of Bond: <br /> A reclamation bond of$ 17,693 is set aside with the State of Colorado for this permit.
