M-2006-034 <br /> Prepared: 24 March 2014 <br /> Submitted: 30 May 2014 <br /> Summary: <br /> T. D. Minerals Mining has acquired the Colorado Calumet Company Inc. claims and <br /> associated permits and bonds.No operations were conducted in 2013 due to the transfer. <br /> Only Site L and a small portion of Site M remain unreclaimed under this permit. <br /> Map Depicting_Operations: <br /> Attached is a map which shows the four claims covered under this mining permit. The 14 <br /> permitted excavation sites are labeled by letters A through N and are indicated by dashed <br /> lines,either rectangular or circular,on the map. An orange area within a permitted site <br /> indicates an open excavation where work will resume during next season. Presently there <br /> is one at Site L,crossing onto Site M which is open. Green shaded areas are excavations <br /> that have been refilled,recontoured,and reseeded but have not reached 80 percent <br /> regrowth. Site D was reclaimed in 2012. Blue shaded areas indicate reclamation over 80 <br /> percent regrowth. Sites A, B,C,E, I,and J are considered to have 80 percent regrowth. <br /> Current Disturbances(2013): <br /> No new disturbances were created in 2012. Site L remains disturbed. <br /> Reclamation Accomplished to Date(Including 20131 <br /> A total of 2.01 acres has been disturbed and reclaimed since 2006. This does not include <br /> the access roads connecting Sites A,B, C,D, and E. The access road to Site D remains <br /> open. <br /> Reclamation Accomplished During 2013: <br /> No reclamation was accomplished during 2013. All sites were inspected and regrowth is <br /> good. There are no erosion problems. <br /> Trees and shrubs that have been previously planted show about an 85 percent survival rate. <br /> Grass is showing evenly across the reclaimed sites and coverage continues to improve. All <br /> sites except L and D are considered reclaimed and have at least 80 percent growth. <br />
