See pages 5, 19 and 25 in the revegetation <br />evaluation report (Report) contained in Attachment D for a discussion of the determination <br />method. The mountain brush reference area sample adequacy issue and true mean determination <br />method was presented to CDRMS on March 12, 2012 by ESCO Associates on behalf of SCC. <br />Jason Musick responded for CDRMS on April 2, 2012 that this approach would be acceptable. <br />Sampling results and statistics for total first hit cover and allowable first hit herbaceous cover are <br />summarized below in Tables 2 and 3.
