Table 1 provides a summary of the cover attributes for the Phase III bond release block and the
mountain brush and sagebrush native reference areas for years 2011 and 2012. Table 1 also
includes the allowable first hit herbaceous cover values for these communities.

Sample adequacy for total vegetation cover was achieved for Phase III bond release BRB -5 and
the sagebrush and mountain brush reference areas in 2011 and 2012. For total allowable first hit
herbaceous cover, adequacy was based on first -hit cover and was achieved for BRB -5 and the
sagebrush reference area but not for the mountain brush reference area. Considering this lack of
