In addition, you must specify the volume of water to be diverted and
the intended use of the water. Also, describe all conveyances used to pump water to
the drill pads and provide the dimensions of all piping to be used.
We will be drilling with compressed air, and will not require water for these
operations.
12. Please clarify if drilling fluids will be produced as a result of the proposed drilling
operation.
We will not be using drilling fluids of any kind (only air), and we anticipate there
will be no drilling fluids produced during the operations.
13. Please specify the type of material to be placed beneath equipment and describe the
purpose of using the absorbing material.
We will be using oil absorbent pads for the drilling equipment. The fluids that we
will have to deal with are fuel (diesel and gasoline), hydraulic oil, engine oils and
greases, and lubricating greases.
14. Please commit to complying with all county requirements.
We have received a written notice of receipt of the "NOI-prospecting", which is the
Park county-filed Red Cone NOI submitted to the county.
We will adhere to the requirements stipulated in their letter. The letter also states
that we submit copies of all recommendations and permits related to Red Cone, and
they will respond within 10 days of receipt with an administrative determination to
proceed. At this point we do not have anything to send, but plan to fully comply.
15. Please provide the Division with copies of all BLM lode claims.
See attached BLM 3-page receipt showing Active Claims.
