Page 3 of 5 <br /> Tract D fill is moving gradually from east to west as shown in the updated Annual Report Map. The 2014 Annual Report <br /> Map also shows the location of repair of 2013 flood effects detailed in a Technical Revision approved by OMLR on 2 <br /> May 2014. <br /> Weeds are mechanically controlled along seeded slopes of seeded basin perimeters as needed,but are not generally a <br /> problem over affected lands. Water level data is also included as an attachment to this report. Primary future activity <br /> includes the continued processing and removal of existing stockpiled materials or of that taken primarily from existing <br /> extracted basin bottoms over the ensuing year. No other reclamation is anticipated for the 2014-2015 year. <br /> 1. Is the site identification sign posted in accordance with Rule 3.1.12(1). YES NO <br /> 2.
