It appears that many of the transplanted trees in this
shrub plot remain viable. (Photo 10)
An area of thin vegetation was observed on the north edge of the disturbance area upslope (north) of SP07 &
YPM -10. This area should be visually monitored to assure it does not become weedy, and that vegetation
continues to fill in. (Photo 9)
SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12:
Pond 12 slide repairs were visible from Pond 12A. The repairs appear stable and the 2013 seeding area is
beginning to green up.
There is a slump above Pond 12A. It does not appear to be compromising the capacity or function of Pond 12A.
The repair access on the north side of YPM -5 -1 is rutting and Tilling. This will need repair to retard fiuther down -
cutting.
SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02:
The mine entrance sign on the mine access road is falling down and needs to be re- secured. (Photo 1).
Mine boundary signs are visible along the mine access road.
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED NA
OTHER (SPECIFY) NA
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3
Page 5 of 10
