The <br />embankments were well vegetated and stable with no problems noted. The Rail Loop Pond was holding a small <br />pool of water at the time of the inspection, with no discharge noted. Rock for repair work was stockpiled at various <br />locations along the road. HG Terminal personnel were conducting repair work along the road at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The site displayed good vegetative cover throughout with the exception of the recently backfilled and graded <br />office area.
