The <br />loadout site was dry and the weather was clear at the time of the inspection. No activities were being conducted at <br />the main facilities area. All structures in the main office area have been removed and the the site has been <br />backfilled and graded. Mantainence of the Tie - Across Haul Road was on -going at the time of the inspection. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.143; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Backfilling and grading operations of the office area have been completed. No structures remain on the site with <br />the exception of the electrical sub - station and the rail loop. BMPs were in place in the form of stray waddles for <br />erosion control.
