The projected B Seam mining shown on Maps 10A and 10B does not include the panels <br />proposed under PR -14 (Panels 17 -28), nor has it been updated to show the currently <br />completed B Seam workings. Please update Maps 10A and 108 to include all 8 seam <br />mining proposed under PR -14 and indicate the completed workings to date, with the <br />correct orientation of 8 Seam Panels 15 and 16. <br />45. Please revise Map 27 to include a numbering system and legend (similar to the system <br />used on Map 23 for water rights) to depict the location and a description of all structures <br />and renewable resource lands within the permit and adjacent area, as required by Rule <br />2.05.6 (6) (a) (ii) (8). <br />46. Map 27B does not show all of the West Fork of Terror Creek or the full extent of Stevens <br />Gulch Road in the PR -14 expansion area. Please update the map to show the entire length <br />of the West Fork of Terror Creek and Stevens Gulch Road. <br />The Division received comments on the application, which were previously forwarded to BRL, from <br />History Colorado, the Division of Water Resources, and the Terror Creek Ditch and Reservoir <br />Company.
