Mr. Krivanek <br />Page 2 <br />May 16, 2014 <br />6.3.4 Exhibit C — Mining Plan <br />1. The Applicant has stated that storage buildings will be present on the site. Please specify how <br />many storage buildings will be present on site and provide the dimensions of the storage <br />buildings. In addition, specify if the buildings are portable and indicate if they will be <br />removed from the site at the end of each mining season. <br />2. The Applicant has stated fuel will be stored at the proposed mine site. Please specify how <br />much fuel will be stored on site at any given time and describe the structures which will be <br />used to store the fuel. Fuel must be stored in structures with adequate secondary containment, <br />i.e. a double - walled tank or a tank with an external reservoir. <br />3. The Applicant has stated a maximum of two acres within the proposed mine site will be <br />disturbed at any given time. The Mining Plan Map states there will be two pits that measure <br />15 ft. by 40 ft. The total disturbance, including both pits and a 700 ft. access road, accounts <br />for approximately 0.27 acres. Please clarify where the additional disturbance will occur or <br />confirm that the disturbance will not exceed 0.27 acres. <br />4. The Reclamation Plan Map states that there will be a 400ft. roadway between the two pits as <br />well as a 150ft. roadway from the existing access road to the mineralized zone. However, the <br />Mining Plan states there will be a 300ft. road constructed from the existing access road to the <br />mineralized zone. Please clarify the total length of roads which will be constructed within the <br />proposed mine site. <br />5. Please describe how the roads within the proposed mine site will be constructed. <br />6.3.5 Exhibit D — Reclamation Plan <br />6. Please describe how the constructed roads will be reclaimed. <br />7. The Applicant has stated the proposed mine site will be reclaimed back to the original grade. <br />Please specify the existing grade of the proposed mine site. <br />6.3.5 Exhibit E — Map <br />8. The Mining Plan Map must be revised to include the following elements: <br />a) The name of the Applicant <br />b) The map must be signed by the person who prepared it <br />c) Give the date prepared <br />d) Label the permit boundary <br />e) The map must include a scale. Alternately, the Applicant can specify the length of each <br />side of the permit boundary. <br />
