The slope ratio expressed in Western Water and Land's Groundwater Hydrology Report is <br />expressed as Vertical to Horizontal. Any future reference to slopes will comply with the <br />Division's Regulation requirement of Horizontal to Vertical. The current plan reflects a <br />perimeter slope of 3H:1V for the depth of the excavation. Elam will commit to reclaim the <br />perimeter slopes to a 3:1 annually once the seasonal mining is complete. <br />Please let me know if there are any questions regarding this request.
