(BGI) has conducted monitoring of functional vibrating <br />wire piezometers (VWP) previously installed at Coal Waste Disposal Area No. 2 <br />(CWDA No. 2) at Howie Mine No. 2. This letter summarizes VWP monitoring at <br />CWDA No. 2 through April 21, 2014, Our site visit for VWP readings took place on <br />April 21, 2014, <br />Five vibrating wire piezometers, designated VWP -05, 06, 08, 09, and 10 are <br />currently functional and are located on the attached Location Plan. <br />Ppre pressures measured to date are presented on the attached Pore Pressure <br />Plot Chart and in Table 1 below. Table 1 summarizes the individual pore pressures <br />since installation and since their last readings for the currently functional VWP`s. <br />Table 1.
