dozers, trucks and excavators will be serviced on an as- needed basis from portable service truck <br />making short visits to the site. Upon reclamation, all will be removed from the site. <br />Power is available from poles at northwestern side of the permit area which may be used to <br />service the pit dewatering pump. There will be no fence around the operation, since it is inside <br />private property and protected by topsoil berms and fences along the property boundary. No <br />problems are expected with vandalism. <br />The operator commits to clearly marking the permit boundary with stakes surveyed on site. The <br />site will use all existing roads to haul the product to its final destination. It is planned that the <br />material may be used to re- surface existing roads, make concrete, asphalt for roads or provide <br />new base material for any new roads within an economic distance to the site. <br />In addition to the listed above facilities, the following are ancillary to the mining and processing <br />activities: <br />- Parking for workers <br />- Equipment storage and maintenance <br />- Portable toilets <br />In pit roads will be hard packed dirt, approximately 28 feet wide and will have ramps at a grade <br />of 6H:1 V to each mining pit. The roads will lead to the facility area and to 15 Road. Due to the <br />movement of facilities throughout the life of the mine, not all roads are specifically marked on <br />the mine plan. Roads marked include: existing roads and access from permitted area to 15 Road. <br />4. Topsoil and Overburden Handling <br />Overburden and topsoil will only be stockpiled at the very beginning of Pit 1 and the beginning <br />of Pit 4. In all other pits the overburden and topsoiled will be placed in the immediate previous <br />phase of that pit to be used in reclamation. <br />15 Road Pit May 14 D -7 <br />
